MR CHRISTOPHER CHAN

Director of HS Bio

Chris currently serves on the board and has interests in TMS Software Sdn Bhd, Open Dynamics Sdn Bhd, and Joget Inc.

He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas, USA, with a Bachelor of Music (Piano) degree in 1993 and started his career with the University as the Multimedia Director before serving with Acxiom Corporation in the US as a business consultant before coming back to Malaysia in 1996.

MR TAN OOI JIN

Director of HS Bio

Mr Tan currently serves as Director for various companies, both private as well as public-listed, both local as well as international. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (Honours) from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, United Kingdom.

DATUK DR THIRUNAVUKARASU RAJOO

Director of eMedAsia

Studied Medicine at Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara, Indonesia . Completed 5 years of service with Ministry of Health Malaysia. Attended various academy training while serving the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Served as the medical officer in attendance to the heads of state of Thailand, Iran and Indonesia. Also participated as the medical officer at the Formula One International Racing event held in Sepang Malaysia.

DR. KUAN CHEE SIAN

Director of NeoGenix

Dr Kuan is the founder and Managing Director of NeoGenix Laboratoire Sdn Bhd and NeoGenix Evo Sdn Bhd. He is also medical advisor of The Malaysian Cancer Foundation. He has in-depth experience in business management, laboratory set-ups as well as R&D in life sciences. He has also written 30 international medical sciences articles and recognised via various awards and accreditations.

MS JOVEEN NEOH WAN FEN

Director of NeoGenix

Joveen is a director in NeoGenix is responsible to review overall operations which has been geared for growth rather than efficiency and productivity. She has many years’ experience in Malaria diagnostic & examination studies. Joveen has more than 5 years’ experience of Next Generation Sequencing and microarray in genetic and genomics research. She also actively collaborates with both private and government sectors.

MR LEE YEOW TUCK

Director Of Pantasniaga

Lee is currently the director and CEO of Pantasniaga with 49% stake in the company. He has over 25 years’ experience in technology consultation, government procurement and most recently in life science & healthcare solutions. He has led and successfully delivered many consultancy jobs, large-scale government and private sector projects across many different industries.

MS YANG PEI YING

Head of Department (Product Sales & Operations) of HS Bio

She is predominantly handling products of the HS Bio Group, from liaising with our China Business Representative to handling product registration, testing and regulatory approvals and permissions.

Mr. Lester Chin

CEO of Neogenix

Lester Chin is the director of Neogenix Sdn Bhd. Lester is graduated with Bachelor of Science in Business from Southern New Hampshire University. He began his career as a management associate at RHB where he was promoted as an assistant manager within two years.

Ms. Ng Szu Ting

Director of HS Ligno

Szu Ting is the Director of LiGNO Biotech Sdn Bhd. A molecular biologist by training, Ms Szu Ting is involved in the development of transgenic plants, genetic modified microorganism and also GMO detection kit. After 2 years dealing with genetically modified organisms, she moved on to natural product industry and have been focusing on natural product discovery and herbal research for the past 20 years. Ms Szu Ting started the Tiger Milk Mushroom research together with Dr. Tan Chon Seng in year 2002, and have successfully developed the cultivation technology in year 2008. Dr. Tan and Ms Szu Ting founded LiGNO Biotech Sdn Bhd in year 2008.

Dr Raymond Kuan Chee Hao

Technical Director of Neogenix Food Science

Dr. Raymond Kuan Chee Hao received his Bachelor of Food Science and Technology in 2011, Master of Food Safety in 2014, and PhD in Food Safety in 2017 from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). His previous works focused on the microbiological food safety, quantitative microbiological risk assessment, and food product development. In 2012 and 2013, Dr. Kuan and his team won a first prize in Developing Solution for Developing Countries (DSDC) Competition organized by Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) in Las Vegas and Chicago, respectively. He has in-depth experience in food product development as well as food safety and quality management.
