Lester Chin is the director of Neogenix Sdn Bhd. Lester is graduated with Bachelor of Science in Business from Southern New Hampshire University. He began his career as a management associate at RHB where he was promoted as an assistant manager within two years. He then joined UOB Kay Hian as head of retail research cum senior analyst in 2013, where he was tasked to conduct detailed equity research, analyse and forecast industry trends, and articulate recommendations on sectors and stocks in designated segments. Lester left UOB Kay Hian in October 2020 as the associate director of equity capital markets, a position he held since 2017 whereby he was responsible to oversee duties such as equity underwriting and placement activities of companies as well as proposing solutions for the capital raising needs of corporate clientele.
